When should I place my order?
We advise contacting us at least 4 weeks prior to when you want to send your invitations, as your invitations will typically include a link to the website. The earlier the better, as we can then work with you to ensure your website goes live on a date that works best for your wedding timeline.
Order Process
1. Contact us
After contacting us to book in your website, you will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire to provide website details and your design choices.
Once completed, we will be in touch within 2 business days to work out the appropriate timeline ahead of your big day.
2. Design and approval
4 weeks ahead of your determined live date, we will purchase your web domain on your behalf (e.g. https://www.thebraystones.com) and we can begin the design process.
2 weeks ahead of your determined live date, you will receive the Website completed for you to provide feedback.
Included are 2 rounds of changes, but we expect it will only take 1 round before the website is ready to go live! Revisions take up to two business days.
3. Website Live
Once you have approved the design, we will make the website a live page that your guests are able to visit. This date typically aligns with when invitations are sent out, as invitations will include the link to website.
